Van's Classes

There is nothing better than Van's famous Caesar salad at the Marx Bros.Cafe', except having the skill to make it yourself at home. Attend this fun and informative class with a friend or two and learn all the secrets from the master himself. He will show you how to select the right ingredients, mash the garlic and anchovies, measure the olive oil and balsamic vinegar and even show you how to coddle an egg. You will sample four recipes along with five of Van's favorite wines.
