Executive Chef Andrea Lee's experience in the kitchen began when she was a young girl creating imaginative breakfast menus for her parents. Her passion for cuisine has only continued to grow, and by the time she was in middle school, she could be found rushing home from school to catch the plating of the entrée on "Great Chefs of the World."
At the age of 17, Andrea's ambition landed her a coveted apprenticeship under Chef Loren Gahala at the Crow's Nest. She joined our Marx Bros. culinary team in 2005 as a protégé of Naomi Everett, who is now the executive chef at Settler's Bay. As executive chef, Andrea has brought a high level of creative energy to the Marx Bros. Café and Catering at the Museum. We benefit greatly from her talented innovation as she continues to build an excellent staff under her leadership.
